What Is a Vegan?

How to start a vegan lifestyle?
This is why Im here for, I will coach you during the process if you want me to.
Im aware that at the beginning can be overwhelming but if you transition as fast or as slow as you feel confortable with it, you will go there.
- Find a plant based milk alternative. You can make them at home as well, that´s a game changing, cheap and fast.
Don´t give up if you cannot find it at the first try. There are a lot of brands and a lot of different flavors you can go with depend of your mood. You get soy, almond, cashew, oat, coconut, rice, pistachio, peanut, tiger nut.
- Cheese is hard for everybody. I have loads of recipes we can make together and I can tell you, they will be awesome. In the main time I just can say try them. Go to the supermarket and try different ones there are people doing a good job there.
- Think in positive always, we are not removing for our diets, we are adding exciting ingredientes we didn´t have before. People become more creative and discover new food everywhere.
- Remember why you are doing it, will help you to stick on it.
